Within Sigmoid we have a thriving executive search boutique dedicated to the HR Profession across the Asia Pacific region. We have strong networks with many large multinationals with their regional headquarters based in Asia, and strong links to CEOs, Business leaders and HR leaders working in New Zealand. We partner directly with Business Leaders and HR leaders – depending on the assignment, helping them quickly find quality HR professionals to take their businesses forward. We cover all industry sectors, and all Generalist and key Specialist (Reward, OD, HRIS, Change Management, L&D, ER, H&S) roles in the HR profession.

How we work as your partner
We do believe we are uniquely placed to help strengthen your HR teams as we have significant HR and commercial experience ourselves, and with many of you we know you personally and often your organisations – so we have a very good idea of the right fit of candidates for your roles. We're happy to bring you candidates on a contingency fee (rather than retainer) arrangement - we're compensated ONLY if you decide to hire the candidate we've introduced to you. And we currently have the most competitive fee basis in Asia Pacific (20% of base salary plus on-target bonus). We are willing to operate on this basis as we are genuinely long term partners with our clients across a range of services, and only want to charge when we add value.
